Set it up
- Downloads show on their own; keep Downloads live activity on in Settings → Downloads.
- Calls show on their own while Chrome uses the microphone; check Calls in the notch in Settings → Meetings.
- For notifications, turn on Universal Notification Interception in Settings → Notifications → System Notifications.
Good to know
- Downloads are followed in your Downloads folder only. Files Chrome saves elsewhere don’t show.
- A tab that plays sound without telling macOS what’s playing won’t appear in the music player.
