NotchMind and Arc.
Arc downloads, calls in an Arc tab and music playing in Arc show up in the notch.
What it does with Arc
- Download progress in the notch while Arc saves to your Downloads folder.
- Google Meet and other web calls in Arc, with a mute button.
- Music and video in a tab, with play and pause.
Set it up
- Downloads show on their own; keep Downloads live activity on in Settings → Downloads.
- Calls show on their own while Arc uses the microphone; check Calls in the notch in Settings → Meetings.
Good to know
- Arc is built on Chromium, so its downloads behave like Chrome’s: a
.crdownloadfile until the download finishes.
Step by step.
