The website does not set transaction cookies or store a visitor profile in browser storage. Hosting and security providers can process technical request information to deliver and protect the site. Their final hosting and log-retention disclosure will be published before public release.

Support receives the messages and attachments you choose to send. Review diagnostics and screenshots first. Avoid passwords, API keys, private clipboard text, complete license keys and full payment-card details. Do not post sensitive information publicly; arrange a private channel first.

The following explains the development implementation. It is not a claim that a public build or purchase service is available from this website.
Supported clipboard history and File Shelf information are stored on your Mac. Eligible-image text recognition and Secret Guard checks run locally. File Shelf references point to original files; Keep a Copy creates a separate local copy. Local data can include sensitive information. Do not treat a local history feature as encrypted storage or a password manager.
Secret Guard checks for supported patterns. Suspected secrets it detects are excluded from the reviewed Smart-classification path and ordinary plaintext clipboard-history records. Detection can miss sensitive content or flag harmless content.
Optional Smart Mode.
Smart Mode is optional and starts off. For supported clipboard and file features, enabling it can send a minimized text snippet to the NotchMind API and TypeSafe Jev for classification. The reviewed request limits the snippet to 512 Unicode characters.
A request can also include the source application’s identifier or the label File Shelf, local format hints, app version and an installation identifier. The provider receives the minimized classification state; installation and app metadata are used by the NotchMind service for request handling and limits. Hashed installation identifiers are pseudonymous, not anonymous.
The File Shelf classification path does not upload the original image or file. Extracted text can still contain personal or confidential information. Do not enable Smart features for content you are not authorized to send.
Provider retention, training use and processing-location disclosures must be reviewed before Smart is promoted as a publicly available service. No zero-retention, no-training or specific data-region guarantee is made here.
Smart off does not mean every feature is offline.
The development app can check its Sparkle update feed, retrieve lyrics through LRCLIB and OVH services, use configured integrations, and open online destinations when you choose an action. The API and download infrastructure follows the project’s Cloudflare direction.
The complete service inventory will be reconciled with the public release. Planned license checks will also require network access. A particular feature’s local behavior should not be read as a promise about every app operation.
Purchases are not open.
No payment details or license keys are collected in this preview. Dodo Payments is the planned hosted checkout and recovery provider. The payment provider’s reviewed privacy policy and the actual order-processing disclosure will be available before sales begin.
Retention and deletion.
Local history follows the settings and deletion controls available in your build. Files kept by other apps, operating-system backups or independently used services are outside NotchMind’s direct control. Uninstalling an app does not necessarily remove every support file.
Verified local-data removal instructions, server and support retention periods, processor details and the formal privacy-request channel will be published with the release. This preview does not promise an unverified deletion period.
Policy updates.
This draft will be updated as release behavior, service-provider disclosures and operator details are verified. Material changes to optional processing will be reflected in the relevant disclosure before that processing is enabled.
