NotchMind on macOS 26 Tahoe

What's different when you use NotchMind on macOS 26 Tahoe: real Liquid Glass, the new volume indicator, Spotlight's clipboard and the Menu Bar settings.

Checked against the app on

NotchMind works on macOS 15 Sequoia and macOS 26 Tahoe. A few things are different on Tahoe.

Real Liquid Glass

On Tahoe, NotchMind’s glass finishes use Apple’s Liquid Glass material, which bends the wallpaper behind the notch. On Sequoia they use a frosted blur. The Liquid Glass slider in NotchMind’s notch settings works like Tahoe’s own Clear and Tinted choice. See change the notch’s finish.

The volume indicator

Tahoe moved the macOS volume and brightness indicator to a small box in the top-right corner. With NotchMind’s HUD on, volume and brightness show in the notch instead. See volume and brightness in the notch.

Spotlight’s clipboard

Tahoe’s Spotlight has a clipboard history of its own (⌘ Space, then ⌘ 4). It works alongside NotchMind’s. NotchMind adds up to 500 items, pins, actions for what you copied and Secret Guard. Use whichever you reach for.

Tahoe has System Settings → Menu Bar, where you can hide apps’ menu bar icons, including NotchMind’s. NotchMind’s menu is always available by right-clicking the notch.
