Added

Turn Home pages with a mouse wheel: each notch of the wheel moves one page. Lists inside a page still scroll as before, and trackpads and Magic Mouse work as they did.
Settings → General → Notch → Gestures → Mouse wheel speed sets how quickly the wheel turns pages: Slow, Medium or Fast, or Off.

A file you move or rename in Finder now stays available on the Shelf. Before, it showed as unavailable until NotchMind restarted.
Dragging out of the Shelf leaves out files that no longer exist instead of handing other apps a missing file.
The Basket waits for a photo or Mail attachment to finish arriving instead of disappearing as soon as you let go.
With more than one display, the Basket opens on the display under your pointer, even over its menu bar or Dock.
