Weather shows the wrong city or won't load

Change the city

Open the Weather page on Home and click the city name. Type the new one and press the arrow.

The wrong place with the same name

Many cities share a name. Add the region or country: Portland, Oregon, Paris, France, Hyderabad, India.

“We couldn’t find that city”

Check the spelling, or try the nearest larger city.

“Weather unavailable”

There’s no internet connection, or the weather service is busy. NotchMind tries again on its own; you can also click the refresh button.

Why not use my location?

NotchMind never asks for your location. It looks up weather only for the city you type, so you stay in control of what’s shared. See weather in the notch.
