Weather in the MacBook notch without location access

Set your city once and see today's weather and the next few days in the notch, in °C or °F, without giving NotchMind your location.

Checked against the app on

The Weather page on Home shows the current temperature, conditions and a short forecast.

Set your city

  1. Open the notch and swipe to the Weather page.
  2. Type your city in Your city and press the arrow.

To change it later, click the city name.

What it shows

  • The temperature now, the conditions and Feels like, humidity and wind.
  • Today and the next few days, with highs and lows.
  • When it was last updated. Click the refresh button to update it now.

Click °C to switch to °F and back.

Privacy

NotchMind never asks for your location. The weather is looked up by the city you type, through NotchMind’s server, from WeatherAPI.com. Only the city name is sent.

Weather unavailable

We couldn’t find that city means the name wasn’t recognized; check the spelling or add the country, for example Paris, France. Weather unavailable usually means there’s no internet connection right now; NotchMind tries again later.
