Reset NotchMind settings to their defaults

Reset one Settings tab to its defaults, clear histories one at a time, or reset all of NotchMind's local data and start fresh.

Checked against the app on

Reset one tab

  1. Open the tab in Settings, for example Now Playing or HUD.
  2. Choose Reset in the toolbar.
  3. Confirm. Only the current tab goes back to its defaults; the rest stay as they are.

This can’t be undone.

Clear one kind of data

In Settings → General → Support:

  • Clear Clipboard History deletes saved clipboard items and turns every Secret Guard check back on.
  • Clear Integration History deletes Revenue and Traffic history. Your API keys stay connected.
  • Clear Smart Decision Cache deletes cached Smart Mode answers.

Start completely fresh

Reset All Local Data in the same place deletes all NotchMind settings, histories, saved keys, reminders and Tray data. Original files the Tray pointed to stay where they are. Your license stays activated.
