Move your NotchMind license to another Mac

Your license works on a set number of Macs at the same time: 1, 2 or 5, depending on the plan you bought. To use it on a new Mac when every slot is taken, free one first.

Move it

1. On the old Mac, open Settings → License.
2. Choose Deactivate this Mac, then confirm. Your license key stays valid.
3. On the new Mac, install NotchMind, open Settings → License, paste the same key and choose Activate.

After you deactivate, the old Mac keeps your key saved; choose Activate again there if you change your mind and a slot is free.

The old Mac is gone

If the Mac was sold, wiped, lost or broken before you could deactivate it, email support@notchmind.com from your purchase email address with your order reference, not your full key. We’ll free the slot.

“This license is already active on 2 Macs”

Every slot is in use. Deactivate one of those Macs, or contact support if one is no longer available.
