Find a lost NotchMind license key

Search your email first

Your key came in an email from Dodo Payments, who process NotchMind payments. Search your inbox, spam and promotions folders for NotchMind or Dodo Payments.

Recover it from the customer portal

1. Open the license page and choose Find my license. Or, in NotchMind, open Settings → License and choose Find my license under Lost your key?
2. On the Dodo Payments page, enter the email address you used when you bought NotchMind.
3. Open the sign-in link Dodo emails you.
4. Find NotchMind under your purchases to see your license key and receipt.

Still can’t find it

You may have used a different email address, for example an Apple “Hide My Email” address. Email support@notchmind.com with the receipt reference, the date you bought it and any email addresses you might have used, and we’ll find it. Never send a full card number. Please don’t buy again just to get a key back.

Already activated on this Mac?

If NotchMind is already activated, you don’t need the key again unless you deactivate. The key stays saved in the macOS Keychain.
