NotchMindThe Camera page on Home shows a live preview from your Mac’s camera. It’s a quick way to check your hair or lighting before a call, without opening another app.
Use it
- Open the notch and swipe to the Camera page on Home.
- The first time, macOS asks for camera access. Choose Allow.
The camera turns on only while the Camera page is showing, and turns off as soon as you leave it. The green camera light shows when it’s on. Nothing is recorded or saved.
Preview options
In Settings → Home Page → Camera:
- Mirror preview flips the image like a front-facing camera, so it matches what you see in a mirror.
- Large preview uses a bigger preview in the notch.
Don’t see the Camera page?
It may be hidden. Add it back in Customize Home. If the preview stays black, check that NotchMind is allowed in System Settings → Privacy & Security → Camera.
