Report a bug or send diagnostics to support

Report a bug or request a feature from inside NotchMind, and export a redacted diagnostics report you can preview before you send it.

Checked against the app on

Report a bug or request a feature

  1. Open Settings → General → Support.
  2. Choose Report a Bug or Request a Feature.
  3. Describe what happened, or how the feature would help you.
  4. Leave Include diagnostics on to add a redacted report: app and macOS version, displays, permissions and which settings are on or off. It contains no clipboard text, file names or license keys.
  5. Choose Open in Mail. Your message opens as a new email to support, ready to send.

If no mail app is set up, NotchMind copies the text instead; paste it into an email to support@notchmind.com.

Export diagnostics

To attach a report to an email you write yourself:

  1. In Settings → General → Support, find Export Diagnostics.
  2. Choose a Report style: Redacted (recommended) or Full.
  3. Choose Preview to read exactly what will be saved. You can copy the text from there.
  4. Choose Export… and save the file.

Review it before you send it, and remove anything you don’t want to share.

What to include

Your NotchMind build (in Settings → General → About), your macOS version, your Mac’s chip, the steps that led to the problem and what you expected. A redacted screenshot helps. Never send passwords, API keys, a full license key or card details.
