Settings › Notifications › Hide alerts after. Choose 15 seconds, 30 seconds, 1, 3 or 5 minutes for alert cards such as Battery low or a copied file, for all of them or for each kind: Battery, Clipboard, Shelf, Timers and reminders, Calendar, and Weather and usage. Automatic keeps each card’s own time.

Fixed

An open alert card has a Home button, and a sideways trackpad swipe opens Home too. Before, you had to dismiss the alert to reach Home.
An open alert no longer disappears under the pointer when another card updates, and one that runs out of time while open leaves when the notch closes.
An alert removed while the notch was closing could stay in the notch for good.
